Vyanex Logistics provides road transport and logistics services including Full Truck Load (FTL), Part Truck Load (PTL), industrial and project cargo movement, and perishable goods transport, along with related coordination and support services. Service availability, capacity, and route coverage may vary based on operational factors and are confirmed at the time of booking.
3 Quotes & Bookings
Quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information shared at the time of enquiry (such as cargo type, weight, volume, origin, and destination). Final pricing and service terms are confirmed once full shipment details are verified. Vyanex reserves the right to decline a booking where cargo details, route feasibility, or documentation do not meet our operating requirements.
4 Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate cargo details, including weight, dimensions, and handling requirements
- Ensuring goods are lawfully packaged, labeled, and fit for transport
- Providing valid documentation required for the shipment
- Being available for coordination at pickup and delivery points within agreed windows
Vyanex is not responsible for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information or non-compliant cargo provided by the customer.
5 Liability
Vyanex Logistics takes reasonable care in the handling and movement of all cargo entrusted to us. Liability for loss, damage, or delay is governed by the specific service agreement, consignment terms, and applicable transport regulations agreed upon at the time of booking. Vyanex is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.
